Before you file your claim, please check out the following points:


  • Is the article still within the warranty deed of two years?
  • Is there a manufacturing error?
  • Is the unused article dirty?

Afterwards you will receive a UPS pick-up instruction from us, with whom you can advise and forward the packed item to the UPS driver. You will receive more details about the procedure with our claim mailing.

Upon receipt, our warehouse will check your claim and will send you an exchange article as soon as possible.
In case the claimed article is out of stock, you will receive a credit note about the merchandising value.
