1. How can I change or cancel my order?
Because of our very quick handling time we can only change or delete orders that are reported immediately. Please call our service team as soon as possible for the further procedures at the following phone number +49 6243 4576-407.

2. How can I check the tracking information of my order?
You can check your tracking information when you click on the tracking number of your confirmation email.

3. What can I do when I have an article to return?
Please repack the unused article in the original way and send it back to our warehouse freight collect. You will receive the credit note or exchange immediately.

4. What can I do in case of claims?

5. How much are the freight costs?

6. How long does it take until our order arrives?
Usually the delivery time of a normal package within Germany takes 48 hours – Sundays and holidays not included. Upon receipt of your order before 14:00 pm, we can send it out within the same working day. Which means, that you will receive your order in 24-48 hours.

7. What can I do if I do not receive my order within the advised time?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse you will receive a delivery confirmation email. Please call our service team, in case the package does not arrive within the maximum 5 working days.

8. What is the minimum order amount?
We do not have a minimum order amount! But you can receive some of our articles only with the indicated VPE.

9. Are all articles always available?
Usually our web shop only shows articles that are in stock. Although our database is checked frequently, there can be exceptions and the article may not be available anymore when you place your order.

In case we can not fulfil your order because of a sold-out item, we will contact you immediately.

10. Is it possible to order articles again that have been out of stock?
Yes, basically it is possible to order an article again later that had been out of stock in a certain size and/or colour. Therefore it is always worth taking a regular look at the shop and to checkout the availability of the whished item.

11. What can I do in case the ordered articles do not fit, do not please or have not been ordered correctly?
You can return all ordered articles of the shop within 14days after receipt – freight collect:

In case you already paid your invoice, we will credit it back to you immediately. Shouldn’t you have paid your invoice; you can of course shorten the due amount of the returned items from your invoice.

Before sending us back the returned items, please be so kind as to check if the item is in a marketable shape and originally packed.

If this is not the case, we will not accept the returned items and will debit them to your account.
